Molly Kelley brings her enthusiasm, excellent communication and problem solving skills to the Xenium team as a Human Resource Business Partner. Molly's clients range in industry from non-profits to manufacturers, wineries to call centers. Molly enjoys the challenges inherent in understanding the unique needs and business objectives of each of her varied clients -working with them as a strategic partner when addressing employee relations issues, HR best practices and compliance. She particularly enjoys training and employee and organizational development.
Molly joined Xenium in 2007 as a Human Resource Representative, supporting Xenium's Human Resource Account Managers by creating and revising Employee Handbooks, drawing up salary surveys, compiling job descriptions, assisting in research, coordinating training sessions and providing support to Xenium clients.
Her previous experience includes six years in the staffing industry, giving her a solid background in recruiting, employee relations and workers' compensation management. She attend college at the University of Puget Sound, majoring in English with a minor in Business.
