She particularly enjoys training and employee and organizational development.\n\nMolly joined Xenium in 2007 as a Human Resource Representative\, supporting Xenium's Human Resource Account Managers by creating and revising Employee Handbooks\, drawing up salary surveys\, compiling job descriptions\, assisting in research\, coordinating training sessions and providing support to Xenium clients.\n\nHer previous experience includes six years in the staffing industry\, giving her a solid background in recruiting\, employee relations and workers' compensation management.
