In order to be eligible for a quote, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Member is in good standing with local Chamber.
- Groups 2 to 50 employees covered by Workers Compensation plan. Must include one common-law employee enrolled.
- Employer is required to pay 50% of the employee only cost.
- Employer can set eligibility requirements as long as employee works a minimum of 17.5 hours per week.
