The Winds of Donegal, Traditional Irish Dance Class in Tualatin
Get Active, Irish and cultural fun in SW Washington County!
Definition of Céilí
*Céilí is the Gaelic Word for gathering of friends and sharing traditional Irish music, dance, fun, stories, song and maybe even poetry!
Sam Keator of S&A Irish Entertainment is teaching and calling the traditional dances. This is our 10th year in Washington County sharing the Irish Culture. Sam Keator has taught the Irish dance all around the Oregon and Washington state areas. We have created an Irish Cultural center of activities here in my home area of Tualatin. We visit Ireland almost yearly to learn new dances and share upon my return.
S&A stands for Sam Keator & his wife Áine Doherty whom is from Co Donegal, Ireland. We promote traditional Irish Entertainment that produces family wholesome events. Our goal is to teach traditional dance and share our spirit by explaining to our patrons more about Ireland, old and new.
