Employers are beginning to see the first wave of an unprecedented number of employees retiring over the next 10-20 years due to the aging of baby boomers. Preparing for the Aging Boom: Best Practices for Employers is presented by Vision Action Network and the Washington County Chamber of Commerce Partnership to help employers think about how these shifting demographics will impact their business now and years into the future.
Guests will hear from AARP National Board President, Robert Romasco, as well as a panel of local innovators from Comcast, Al's Garden Center, and others. Business Journal Editor, Rob Smith, will moderate the discussion as we explore best practices for turning the challenges of an aging workforce into golden opportunities.
