- Reading of poem, On Flander’s Field – Tualatin VFW Auxiliary
- Veteran speaker
- Pledge of Allegiance
- Color Guard – Tualatin Police Department
- Remarks – Tualatin VFW Auxiliary
- Missing Man Flyover – West Coast Ravens
- Remarks – City of Tualatin
- Bugler
