Get moving 2020: A community forum on transportation
What do Washington County residents want from our transportation investments? Safety. Reliability. Equity. A transportation system that works for everyone, whether you drive, take transit, walk, roll, or ride a bike. On October 21, join your neighbors, community leaders and transportation experts at the Walters Cultural Arts Center for an evening of conversation about the work underway to shape a regional transportation funding measure.
Adam Davis, Director of Oregon Humanities and host of the popular “Think and Drink” public affairs series, will moderate a panel that includes
• Pam Treece, Washington County Commissioner and co-chair of Metro’s Transportation Funding Task Force
• Sushmita Poddar, Hillsboro business owner
• Maria Caballero-Rubio, executive director, Centro Cultural
Spanish interpretation will be available at this event.
Light refreshments will be served and complimentary beverages courtesy of Golden Valley Brewing.
