CPAH, founded 20 years ago in 1993, is a nonprofit community development corporation serving SE Washington County and Southwest Portland. CPAH provides safe and healthy affordable housing along with support and skill-building activities to low-income individuals and families in our community. CPAH currently owns seven multi-family and senior apartment communities and four single-family homes in Washington County (with a focus on Tigard) and in Hillsdale in Southwest Portland (325 units) with rents affordable to families and individuals of modest means. In addition, CPAH provides programs and services at their properties for residents and their children.
