They will cover why a plan is necessary, when the best time to start planning is, who is involved, what the process looks like, how to determine value and many other topics. It is an open discussion which means you will have access to a lawyer, a CPA and two financial planners for an entire hour to ask any and all of the questions that are pertinent to you and your business!
