Meals on Wheels People/Tualatin is having a party on Saturday, February 27, 5:00 pm, at the Juanita Pohl Center in Community Park. Put on your cowboy boots and hat and come have a "Boot Scootin'" good time. There will be a barbecue dinner of ribs and chicken, sides, cornbread and apple pie for dessert, soft drinks included. Beer and wine available. Dance to the country band Avalanche Lillies with line dancing instruction provided and a special performance by the Tualatin Dance Center. And, a silent auction with lots of goodies to bid on. This fund raiser supports the meal program in Tualatin and all monies raised stay in Tualatin to help feed our seniors at the Center dining room and through home delivery. MOWP works to ensure that no senior will go hungry or experience social isolation.
