DESCRIPTION:TVCB kicks off its 30th Anniversary year with our Summer Concert on Sunday\, July 29th at 7 pm at the Bishop-Scheckla Gazebo in Cook Park. TVCB Music Director Kevin Soon has a toe-tapping playlist ready for our audience. As part of the anniversary celebration\, Steve Heuser\, TVCB Director Emeritus\, will conduct two pieces that feature various sections in the band. Other special activities are scheduled to recognize TVCB history and long-term members! The Bishop-Scheckla Gazebo is an outdoor Carnegie Hall\, not a bad seat in the house! Bring a chair and some snacks to enjoy live music! The Tualatin Valley Community Band is composed of volunteer individuals who have played\, or are currently playing\, musical instruments in middle school\, high school\, college\, or other performance groups.
