Cost: $17\, $12 Veterans and students available through www.brownpapertickets.com/event/526015 **All tickets are $20 cash or check at the door**\n\nGolden Bough founded in 1980 by Margie Butler and Paul Espinoza\, they have since delighted audience's worldwide with their unique renditions of the Celtic music of Ireland & Scotland\, as well as the lesser known Celtic lands of Wales\, Cornwall\, The Isle of Man\, French Brittany and Spanish Galicia. \n\nFiddle player and singer Kathy Sierra joined Golden Bough in 2001.  Since that time they have added 7 CDs to their ever-growing archive of recordings. Their latest CDs\, released in 2009\, are Celtic Love Songs and When Winter Comes.\n\nBlending their voices in pristine three-part harmony Golden Bough sings ballads\, lively sing-alongs and beautiful acapella pieces.  Audiences are delighted by the group's fresh approach to the ancient Celtic music.\n\nThe Celtic nations share a long history of culture and fine arts and their music often intertwines to create the powerfully emotional sound of what we now call Celtic music.  Golden Bough was founded with the concept of combining this music with various folk styles\, highlighting their own compositions. For almost three decades Golden Bough has been delighting audiences with their exceptional interpretations of the music of the Celtic nations and the uniqueness of their original compositions.\n\nIn the recording studio\, as well as on stage\, Golden Bough captures the essence and joy of traditional folk music and captivates audiences with the uniqueness of their original compositions.
