The government of the organization\, the direction of its work and the control of its property shall be the responsibility of the Board of Directors. It shall be the policy of the Board to involve the membership in the affairs of the organization.\n\nThe Board meets on the 4th Monday of every month from 3:30-5:00pm\, Location Pacific Continental Bank.
