SUMMARY:Calling All Health & Wellness Providers for Meeting Sponsored by Fit City on "Blue Zones"
DESCRIPTION:Over the years\, the Chamber has sponsored programing for Health & Wellness providers under the "Fit City" umbrella. The Fit City programs have consisted of member educational forums and community based outreach that would enhance and support member businesses. Moving forward this group is interested in an effort called Blue Zones that Mayor Lou Ogden introduced last fall  as part of an effort to have Tualatin participate in a one year study. Although\, Tualatin was not selected to become a Blue Zone test study city we believe there's an opportunity for the Chamber to take a leadership role on this initiative. So\, what is a Blue Zone?\n\n \n\nThe Blue Zones Project is a community-wide\, well-being improvement initiative to help make healthy choices easier for Oregonians.
