DESCRIPTION:Business Workshops   Leading a Team \n\n\n\nThis Leadership series is FREE and will consist of 3 Coaches and 6 classes.\n\nClasses take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month @ 11:30am - 1:00pm.\n\n \n\nCoaches are:\n\n\n	Christine McGinley\, Generator Coaching\n	Adi Klevit\, Business Success Consulting Group\n	Julie Sies\, Exponential Functions\, LLC\n\n\nTopics\n\nDec. 8th-Leading a Team\, Julie Sies:  We all have our definitions of leadership and what it should and should not do. When it comes to leading your teams\, knowing the right steps at the right time can be a challenge. This workshop will look at the qualities and skills of a leader and then learn a method for knowing what to do at each stage of a team's development. We will discuss the traditional organizational models and present an innovative model that provides a framework with tools and a process to lead strong\, healthy teams. You'll learn a few tools to implement right away that will establish a strong foundation to build upon\, as well as a framework to evaluate every outcome so your team can have continuous forward momentum.\n\n \n\nJan. 12th-Honing Effectiveness\, Adi Klevit: the challenge of developing the relevant skills   such as time-management\, prioritization\, strategic thinking\, decision-making\, and getting up to speed with the job   to be more effective at work.\n\n \n\nFeb. 8th-Developing Employees\, Adi Klevit: the challenge of developing others\, including mentoring and coaching.\n\n \n\nMar. 9th-Managing Stakeholders\, Christine McGinley: the challenge of managing relationships\, politics\, and image. These leadership challenges include gaining managerial support\, managing up\, and getting buy-in from other departments\, groups.\n\n\n\nApril 13th-Inspiring Others\, Christine McGinley: the challenge of inspiring or motivating others to ensure they're satisfied with their jobs and working smarter.\n\n\n\nFLYER HERE
