This Leadership series is FREE and will consist of 3 Coaches and 6 classes.
Classes take place on the 2nd Tuesday of each month @ 11:30am - 1:00pm.

Nov. 10th-Guiding Change, Julie Sies : For most people change can be a challenge. If individuals and their teams prepare for change it can quickly turn into continuous improvement. In this workshop, Julie Sies will lay out 4 levels of change along with 9 dynamics of change and provide strategies to mitigate the process. This lays a foundation that allows change to actually become manageable. The results- greater unity, less surprises, reduction of stress, clear roles and timely, appropriate communication. Attendees will walk away with assessments to measure understanding of where you or your organization are in terms of readiness for change and a plan of action to navigate the challenges. Change is inevitable- this workshop will help you manage moving forward positively with practical tools that will bring greater peace and ease in the process.
Dec. 8th-Leading a Team Julie Sies: the challenge of team-building, team development, and team management. Specific leadership challenges include how to instill pride, how to provide support, how to lead a big team, and what to do when taking over a new team.
Jan. 12th-Honing Effectiveness, Adi Klevit: the challenge of developing the relevant skills — such as time-management, prioritization, strategic thinking, decision-making, and getting up to speed with the job — to be more effective at work.
Feb. 8th-Developing Employees, Adi Klevit: the challenge of developing others, including mentoring and coaching.
Mar. 9th-Managing Stakeholders, Christine McGinley: the challenge of managing relationships, politics, and image. These leadership challenges include gaining managerial support, managing up, and getting buy-in from other departments, groups.
April 13th-Inspiring Others, Christine McGinley: the challenge of inspiring or motivating others to ensure they’re satisfied with their jobs and working smarter.
